How To Track Your Shipment

TITM Outdoor Products offers a 100% refund or provides a free replacement for any products received damaged, defective or missing parts.

To obtain your refund or free replacement simply follow the return process below.


Return Process
To return or exchange an item, simply email us at Contact-us@titmoutdoorproducts.com and we will personally address your issue as well as provide instructions on your return as well as provide you a return number.

After receiving your return number, simply place your returning item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will immediately process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email immediately after your return has been processed. 

TITM Outdoor Products provides a 100% reimbursement of the entire payment of any items you receive damaged, defective, or missing parts... However any returns not at the fault of TiTM Outdoor Products, The buyer will not be refunded the shipping cost of the original shipment to their requested address.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, the buyer will be responsible for any damages caused during the return shipment. We strongly recommend that you package the returned products the same way they were sent and use a trackable method to mail your return.
